You cannot come all the way to Thailand and not spend time with the Elephants. These treasured, gentle giants remain an enduring symbol of Thailand and hold special spiritual significance within the Buddhist and Hindu beliefs.
This tour gives you the opportunity to really get to know and learn about these magnificent animals, their lives, habitat, and also their best friend and diver – the mahout. Once you have made friends with your giant jungle taxi, you will head off into the tropical Lamru National Park for a 1 ½ hour safari. As you ride carries you through
the jungle we will stop off for a few minutes at a small waterfall before heading back to camp. Once back at camp it will be your turn to repay your elephant for all its hard work. Once we have removed the seat from your elephants back we will head down to the lake so you can help your new friend enjoy a refreshing bath and splash around for a while.
Now we’ll head to the beautiful ‘Sairung’ (rainbow) waterfall for our specially prepared Thai lunch beside the flowing waters. After lunch, cool off under the falls and enjoy cooling down before heading back to your hotel.
